I bought the house in 2018. Sellers had the solar panels on the roof, they wanted to transfer the terms of their lease to me. But the standards on the credit score were too high for me  to meet at that time. Sellers had to pay the lease off in order to sell. $30,000 for 20 years. On the seller's closing statement, noted was a payoff of $17,000.
